Development of Regulations

 

            The superintendent is authorized to promulgate such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the policies adopted by the School Board. If Board action is required by law or the Board has specifically asked that certain types of regulations be approved by the Board, these regulations shall be forwarded to the Board for action. The superintendent shall provide copies of all regulations to School Board members and shall see that the regulations are placed in the School Board Policy Manual or in an accompanying regulation manual.

 

Dissemination of Regulations

 

            Administrators and supervisors will be responsible for informing staff members of all newly adopted policies.
