Disclosure statements are required of the superintendent, principals, director of instruction, director of maintenance, director of nutrition, director of technology, director of transportation, director of athletics, director of finance, and director of special education as a condition to assuming employment. They must file a disclosure statement of his/her personal interest and other information as is specified on the form obtained from the clerk of the board as set forth in the Code of Virginia 2.1-639.15. Such forms must be provided to the clerk of the Buena Vista School Board. After the initial disclosure, the above listed division personnel must file this statement annually on or before January 15th with the clerk of the school board.
